If you don't ask, you will not know ;) Also, if you can use circle in your country I would advise you to buy through them (I am guessing you want to buy using a VISA/Credit card). If you can use circle then you willl save on $/€ -> SLL -> BTC transactions fees. I did exactly the same (open new account, deposit paypal, exchange $ to LLD, exchange LLD to BTC, withdraw BTC). They flagged my account, and froze the withdrawal for 30 hours untill they had a chance to verify everyting. Once everything was verified, they unfroze the withdrawal... Most all exchanger which have PayPal option must verified the account first.
