Im confused. You are exchanging your paypal to bitcoins or your bitcoins to paypal? If your paypal to bitcoins then i doubt there is anyone outthere willing to an exchange for you. Paypal is a reversible payment method and your current rank doesnt have reputation

How am I supposed to get a reputation when people like you aren't willing to try.
Everyone here started from being a newbie. Isn't the whole idea of Bitcoin based on a web of trust.

No, its the 100% opposite, you dont need any trust for bitcoin operations,
because its irreversible and the system does not belong to anyone. You dont have to trust anyone, no company, no government, and no person to use bitcoin. You just only have to trust the bitcoin-protocol.

Yes and i also have difficulties to build up trust on this forum.
So I am ready to trade with you but only on very small scale.

Yeah everybody started without any reputation but everyone knows you are just a newbie and you wont lose any reputation for your account if you do chargeback and abandon it, create new account and go again. Hope you understand but this is how things work here bud

This will, of course, get you banned from PayPal, and probably your bank too if it's any significant amount of money, so there's a limit to how many times someone can pull this scam.  I worry much more about stolen paypal accounts.

I am often surprised seeing newbie coming up with an exchange immediately when they signup even without introducing themselves in the appropriate section of the forum.

It took 4 months of no chargebacks for my account to get out of paypal's 'newbie jail' where they were putting a 21-day hold on payments.  If you get a chargeback, even for a small amount, paypal will start holding funds again.  Trading with newbies just isn't worth it.

You are running a captcha-solving business where you pay out bitcoin for people to solve captchas.  You are being paid via paypal for this, by people who are probably spammers and generally not very trustworthy.  You want to exchange this paypal money for bitcoin.

I understand why you'd be nervous, but these people have been in the business for a while, and I'm just trying to make a white-label here.
In any case they don't pay, then you won't be receiving Paypal funds to start with in the first place, and I will have a problem. So just
to clarify, I know I'm new here, so the odds are all against me, but you're pretty much in a safe position as of now, and even after our
transaction because scamming would just pretty much bring me to not having any business.

as their work is only amounting to 0.50$ so far, so my 4mBit can last :)
