I think it's new, I have never seen this before, and I check reddit Bitcoin daily since ages ago. The guy that did the poster is probably not as much of a nerd as we are. Make this posters, send everyone 100 pieces and when you hang this 100 on big places (make a picture of everyone) than you will get 1 BTC.
