I've created a BTC business-directory, now i need to fill it up.

If you're selling something, and accept BTC or any ALT as valid payment, feel free to add your website to my directory, get some traffic and some PR for free...

There are 4 types of listing possible:

• Completely free, without a recip
  
  • just put http://www.geen.com as recip url
  • i will use an url shortener on your link, so you will not receive any pagerank benefits
  • your link will be the first to dissapear when i have to prune the directory
• Completely free, but with a recip link back to buywithbtc.biz
  
  • no url shortner = full google pagerank benefits
  • your link will stay online as long as your business ethics are OK (no scamming)
• Completely free, but with an affiliate link to your store
  
  • Only if i'm an affiliate (so i make a percentage on each sale from every user i send)
  • Same benefits as recipped links

As soon as this directory is nicely filled, i plan on spending about $50 on some quality traffic (probably google adsense) + i plan to advertise it with all my "normal" websites + i plan on re-investing all income into traffic for a while (untill the site is actually booming)

Just pick your correct directory on http://www.buywithbtc.biz (http://www.buywithbtc.biz), sign up (necessary so you can manage your links) and add your link...

DO NOT SUBMIT AFFILIATE LINKS or LINKS TO SCAM/ILLEGAL WEBSITES!!!

only business directory and it mean only site that all about money??
it mean some forum or site that have great info and had big community but without talking make or generate money can submitting??  because i have a few in my personal database...

The site looks extremely wonky right now though. Is this a bug?

I'm still experimenting with finding a good layout... ATM i'm at a stage where i'm filling the directory, so if there is a time for experimenting with the look-and-feel, it's now ;-)

Yes... As a matter of fact, i run a dedicated server and several VPS's, so i'm basically allowed to do anything i want, as long as it's legal ;)

The reason for the porn links i quite simple: i'm coming from an adult webmaster background, so i have more adult "shop-links" laying around than "non-adult". I do think the ratio porn/no-porn will change drastically as soon as people are adding their "normal" sites :). So the XXX will be buried behind a big pile of mainstream websites...

i have shared hosting. Hostig company is say that no problem with porn content if legal. Of course, "legal" in porn industry is very a broad term.
little afraid to develop some project, because of the different "legal" interpretations may void my work

Nice script for directory concept is PHPWeby, but the author has left and no relevant update

I work for a company that sells organic food products (mostly truffles and mushrooms) and we now except BTC.
Are you planing on making this a pay service at any point? I ask because Google hates when people pay to be listed in directories.
It's bad for SEO and don't need a Google slap!

Google do not hate link directory, But that kind of promotion has no significance(god or bad) for SEO.

Matt Cutts (head of Googles webspam team) Strongly advises that you don't pay for any links. This would include a link from any paid directory.
That is why I asked if you are planing to make this a paid service at some point. Also, your site seems to be down (as far as submitting a site goes)
What is your Google PR and age of your site? No offense... I just need to be extra careful because this is a clients website. I think you are doing a amazing thing for the community!!!

I can vouch that payment will never ever be necessary. I'll always accept free links....

The only thing is: i'll accept payment for top positions (featured listings), but ATM i've actually reworked my directory and removed the payment options (there just isn't enough traffic on the site to ask for payment for top positions).

A recip (return) link is appreciated tough, and will be rewarded with an actual linkback, not using a link shortening service, also, a link back will guarantee your listing will stay online as long as your business ethics are OK.

Well, i cannot follow all new google developments all the time, so it's possible they stopped liking payed links... Cannot comment on this, since it's more or less a black box for me ;)

About my google PR: at the moment, it's a brand new concept i'm developing. The domain has no age, and no PR  :-\

The whole concept is pretty simple tough, and everybody should benefit from it: i'll try to maintain a clean directory, and try to make sure only "clean" websites stay listed (in other words: i'll try to remove websites that scam, spam, ponzi's, high risk investments, websites that stop taking cryptocurrency). I do allow everything that is legal and not trying to rip of people.

The bottom line is: i want people to see my directory as a single-stop for cryptocurrency owners... IF somebody holding some BTC, LTC, DOGE, XMG,... wants to buy something online, their first tought should be : "let's check out buywithbtc.biz for shops that sell the stuff i want to buy, and accept my BTC"...

Everybody can submit busnisses, completely free. If they place a link back, and contribute to my PR and send some traffic my way, they'll be rewarded with a hardlink and better placement. If they don't place a link back, but provide a good service, they still get a listing.

I just installed a new script yesterday, must have forgotten to edit the language, it'll be fixed ASAP.
