Title: 30k accepted and 160 rejected - is that good or bad?

I saw a screenshot of some guy's miner and it was like 60k and only 6 rejected...

0.5% is well within acceptable ranges. You're fine.

Currently I have 40 rejected for 120046 accepted on my miner, so that "acceptable range" is relative :-P.

These days I'd say the target rejection rate is 0.25% or less for main chain.  Merged mining results may have more stales on the NMC side, but BTC-side rejects should be in that range.
