If the request is very little e.g. captial first letter instead of a lowercase you might have luck by just requesting the change here. This forum has been created when Bitcoin has been created so BItcoin was cheap that time , most of people donated long time ago and have VIP accounts , but yeah since you are Junior you should simply create a new account instead of donating 50 BTC. As others have said you have to donate 50 BTC to become a VIP which in turn allows you to change your username. It's for the purpose of security & protecting the community. Somebody could become a scammer & then change their username & then return to scam somebody else etc. The mods can't allow that to happen.
