Accounts are so valuable please don't left them for less price as if you wait the account when reaches to hero level or legendary level you can earn a bit high. My suggestion is this.

People are not trusting due to the absense of a signed message. That makes even 0.19 BTC very expensive. For the risk invloved even half of that price is not worth it.
