Hi all,

I haven't been online on the forums for awhile and when I tried to log back in, my account was banned. I tried for a last few weeks to use the email provided from theymos and pm'ed directly but haven't heard back so I'm posting it here.

Any help is appreciated. Cheers!

Cant verify, possibly due to the masked mail address. If you sign another message with the address masked we can leave your account negative feedback. I dont need to know your mail address for that, just that the claim is legit.

when was the last time you have access to your account? i saw this on seclog

Yea I just edited the post. Just realized that mistake. :( It's possible to verify now.

The last time I accessed this site was just before the last hacking in May.

That probably is me logged in from the other browser but it only shows,

"Sorry r3animation, you are banned from using this forum!
For security, your account has been locked. Email acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com"

p.s. This 360 second posting limit is driving me crazy.

So setting a good secret question is very important, or the account may be hacked due to this.Verified. BTW your account isn't banned, it is just locked. You may send a PM to theymos if he can't see this thread and recover your password. Good luck for you to getting back your account :)

Have you contacted theymos to unlock your account as advised by el kaka, do not loose your account, make it fast to sort out this problem at earliest as possible, Best of Luck.

OOPS , really very sad for you. i know how much pain i take to maintain a account like the one you had(HERO MEMBER) ,  i will suggest you to PM BadBear with the signed Message.
Meanwhile i have given a negative trust to your (Hero Member) , so that its no use to Hacker.
Clean your PC with Antivirus and then after some time due to help of BadBear you might again be able to Control Your Account.

doesn't that pretty much indicates that it was banned for security purposes?
it seems these kind of bans only happens when some people tries to reset their password through secret question or email.. I wonder what the trigger is..

Wouldn't be much of a security precaution if everyone knew that.

well try to use your old username and password

the first time i received that email, i immediately changed my password
then when i tried to log-on to my account. I cannot log-in, then i used my old password and
i was happy that i have successfully logged on.

so try using your old username and password because maybe your new one didn't work

Dude his problem was already solved, dont you read? I have seen you posting twice in threads that are already solved for no reason, please stop.
