Android wallet does not support paper wallet import. Other clients are heavy. Electrum wallet works without blockchain download, but it does not work with paper wallet import via QR codes + has some other issues with hardware wallets. LTC definitelly need Mycelium android wallet clone. There have been some extremely questionable dodgy attempts, but nothing endorsed by the litecoin community yet. The last attempts I checked out were closed source and the community advised that they were probably scams. Scan the qr code on your paper wallet with the app. When I scan the qr in the android app, it says it has to restore the blockchain if the wallet has funds. Then I do it and it says that the direction has no funds. When obviously it HAS. I really think it is a shame that there is no satisfactory service for such a basic thing in litecoin.
