Maybe it's just reached Sr. Member but it haven't updated by the time OP make this post? BTW an average Sr. is worth 0.2 BTC, which is 2x the amount OP asking.

Man it is automatic, if he see that activity is 240+ then he should see the rank being Sr Member too. One more thing, price is very low it is either no real account for sale or this is an attempt for "send bitcoins first" even escrow is accepted based on op

The acc is very near to 240 activity. This means that the acc will be soon turned to Sr Member.

No. You're wrong. Activity could be increased but it takes few minutes before the rank update. I saw this often.

I think he made a typo. I think his offer should be 0.075, but not 0.75, because some (low ranked) Full Members traded at 0.075. Maybe he just confused on the number of '0's on 0.075 and 0.75.

If the activity is exactly 240 then yes it needs 5mins before it change to sr member but op says 240+ so i assume that is already sr member.

Now he have changed the amount to 230+. It will become a Sr. Member on 7th of July's activity update.
BTW OP is the positive trust in the DefaultTrust or not? What is your account's trust looks like when shown on DefaultTrust?

I`ll wait 1 more day and when my acc turns to Sr. Member, I`ll sell it at higher price.

Using your current account to see your account which your are going to sell. Check its profile, and a line 'Trust' should displayed. It should be something like this:
This is a neutral trust on DefaultTrust, but I have few 'Untrusted' positive feedbacks (those users not on default trust). Copy that here, and other users could judge that.
