I am talking about an application which can message to all the users on this forum. It can be well used for advertisements and warnings(against all the scammers).If there isn't any program than I would like to copyright this project 8) If you think you can create one,then PM contact me. You could send PM to multiple recipients without apps on "BCC field". It is just a fast way to get banned. You could send it through email, but not everyone's email is public, working, or even there.

First of all it's not gonna be good, we'll get lots of spams, ref links etc. I don't concent such thing. If you want something like that you can join irc channels. I researched a little bit and I found out that such a messenger is not possible without the boards admin permission.So it's only the admin that can create and use such a messenger.No one like a lot of spam in their message box.... and your account can be banned. It can be used to announce important news and there will be auction for this mass messenger advertising.Just like the way there is auction for advertising on this board!
