need 0.3 urgently to make a payment account as collateral - can provide signed msg. Can add some steam items/games if requested Repayment by the end of this week, maybe sooner depends on when I get paid. Post the rate at which you are willing to accept below and I will consider it, would want to fit within 3-5% though.
