It only has the addresses there so you can monitor those addresses and create transactions, but cannot sign and broadcast said transactions. To get the private keys, you must find the wallet where those addresses came from.

I don't think is possible to get that back and that is why it is often necessary to have a backup whenever you have any good information even ordinary notepad could make sense in this case.Thanks in advance!
