i created chess game for bitcoins,
i want some one promote it over bitcoin forums and sites and do seo of it

What's your budget for that or you are not willing to pay at all ?
There is something you could do for free which is making a good thread about it on "Service announcement" section.

For promoting on website you can also try forums like LeakForums & HackForums since they have Cryptoo currency sections . and without forgetting "Reddit" which is known .

5$ Daily isn't a nice budget. You should make a ANN post and try promoting it urself only as you won't attract many serious people for just 5$

For this budget, it's better if you do it yourself. 0.02btc per day is not bad. Enough to put up banners on multiple faucet sites.

Best way for new sites off the ground is by making announcement posts. Check out Service Announcements or the Gambling section, you will get more coverage than $5 will buy you anyways.

if you want to spend only 5$ a day , then maybe you should create some banners and then try to promote your site using faucets
even if you want to advertise in the big faucets this won't be too expensive
you can check moon bitcoin for example , you can advertise there starting from 0.001BTC a day
and I think if you make a thread about your site with the info about it , this also may attract many players

$5/day is not that good but can definitely do some good.
You can pay probably use bitmedia.io for advertising or you can approach crypto currency related blogs and sponsor a review. That way you get a lot of targeted audience to your website.

Yeah for that amount you might as well take the full amount monthly and purchase an ad slot somewhere.
