Also you can post rather than renting . Either you have no time or you are making a mistake . I would recommend not to rent and keep posting because every post has some information hidden in it .

Before the end of the year he will probably be a senior member. So he could be making more than what he is going to get out of this deal. And even as full member he would probably get more.
