I made a withdraw request on 01.08.15 with the Amount 0.01082692 BTC and still did not get a payout since today. From the FAQ Quote Withdrawals are being processed manually and most are processed within 24-48 hours but payments may be as infrequent once per week in order to minimize transaction fees.
