Dear Bitcoin user,

If you are interested in improving Bitcoin and get some mBTC by the way

We are researchers and currently conducting a Bitcoin user
study and are therefore seeking for participants. As you are a Bitcoin
user, we would kindly invite you to participate. Our survey is anonymous
and takes about 15 minutes to complete. As a reward, you can receive
0,0042 BTC and if you spread the word and invite others to participate,
you will receive an additional 0,001 BTC per person. Please note that
automated answers will not receive compensation and will be excluded
from the sample.

The goal of this survey is to learn about user perceptions on Bitcoin
and will cover aspects such as key management, wallet usage and risk
perception. As we believe that these results will be valuable to the
entire community, we will publish our results and make them available to

Haven't checked. just wanted to help out the community by answering some questions

All compensations will be payed out after we close the online survey. This happens when we have reached the maximum number of participants we can compensate with bitcoins or the latest two weeks after launching this survey. Automation is of course not allowed and we do not pay out compensations for automatically "answered" questionnairs.

When the survey will be closed , lots of questions about bitcoin wallet ,answered it and waiting for the outcomes.. :)

For what? 0.0042btc. That amount I don't think escrow will even consider. Commission would be too low for them to take on.

Nice survey also you could add countries to the list. Think that this will help you a lot.

I can only do this if the OP make some deposit in an escrow account or after he received some vouch from the people that have taking the survey and receive payment.

Done. BTW what you asked about loss of BTC or key a few questions would be useful about the loss of BTC but not the key.
E.g. I've lost BTC on failed or scam exchanges but never lost my wallet keys, so I can't answer your questions really accurately.

Yes, OP please reply to that question is this available world wide, I will not like to waste my time with survey and receive a reply that sorry your country is not qualified for this survey after spending 30Mins on it.

The survey is better constructed than most survey. I answered questions in detail and hope they will help draw better conclusions about Bitcoin users. Deep down, I know this survey is going to be abused by alts.  :-[

Not really i think, the question is reasonable, and it's most all general.
Just for bitcoin wallet question which too many ask about how the each wallet secure, although it's reasonable too.

i did this survey on Thursday. It was pretty straightforward and i filled it out honestly to the best of my understanding. when do we get paid?

Actually, you can see about "When will the bitcoins be payed out?" on the survey site.

answered, overall good questions, little bit annoying is, that if you are involved more to bitcoin (using more wallets) or you had been somehow scammed, amount of questions is obviously much higher.

anyway, happy to participate and looking forward for results.

Though everything look very genuine with this website but I will not be surprised if nobody receive payment from them. Also due to the content it contains as regards the bitcoin management, wallet etc, I can do this for free without any incentives but the source of the people that needed the information is untraceable.

Our reward pool is exhausted and we had to close the survey. Give us a few days to analyse the data and to send the rewards to the addresses that were provided.
