Other than this, i don't see why it could not be transferred, unless possibility for seller to reclaim the account claiming he was hacked.

I have an old account way back 2013 with a lot of trades exchange, withdraws and deposit but I can not sell for $5, we can negotiate the price because I have well over 150 trades in it.

Why do you want them?  I have one from 2011 or '12, but won't sell it for $5 because BTC-e may eventually catch up with current technology by adding Monero.

I don't care for why you are buying it and what you want to do with, I have an old btc-e.com account but $5 is not good enough.

I have 2 old accounts but i would need to know why you are buying them seems like something fishy but i just cant work out what.  Maybe BTC-e give certain advantages to older accounts? idk

I believe that older accounts don't have much restrictions as to withdrawal limits and so forth, but can't guarantee that.
I'm interested to know how much "value" my account from 2011 would have though, with over 50 000 btc trades and over 300 000 ltc in all the trades?
It's zeroed out now ofc, in all values.

I don't know why op needs the accounts, but you can change the e-mail associated to it without a problem.
The only this affected to that change will be that you won't be able to cash out, or withdraw any coin for a period of two days.

I just looked to see what date the first trade I made was under the balance history.

I didn't think it was possible, but it looks like BTCe just got shadier  :P
The manipulation and the pump/dumps eminating from their infamous troll box have been obvious for a long time. I only used it once a few years ago because I wanted a few LTC (no one else was selling it) but the way they do business over there does not inspire trust in the least.
Tell us OP, are you planning some sort of counter-manipulation? Going to disrupt the troll box? I'm curious. Besides, unless I know what you are planning I can't let you have my account. I won't sell it to you any ways. There's too much potential for me to get in trouble.

How? They don't require personal information, unless you did wire transfer. You can always say that the account has been hacked or sold anyways
