The number listed at the top of the page saying "Total time logged in"? What I've seemed to notice is that you actually need to be active, or at least semi active. What I mean is you can't just walk away with a page open to the forums and have time counted towards your 4 hour mark, it seems to just stop counting after a minute or two if you do this.
