Usagi and his investors receive a strong portfolio, and though not discussed in the deal, I would be more than happy to assist Usagi in the future should it be requested.

With that aside; I can't fully understand this deal. Exchanging 1:1 simply because of the current share price is a rather inappropriate approach to making an acquisition. Hopefully when he issues the motion it will go into much further detail when rationalizing the motive. I will be assisting Nefario and Usagi in any way possible in the coming days as each yabif share including my own will be replaced with a share of nyan.a.
