Not sure how many signups you could get but what i can guarantee is the exposure.
they might not register if you just send a ref link and expect  them all to respond.

what you would need is a good encouraging few lines, maybe tell them about your ref link and maybe they'd consider signing up under you as sort of thank you for the info you provide. remember they're not newbies, half of them are hardcore adult webmaster from gfy.com   ;D

This would only be nice if most of the people have not already signup and engaged with one adult website or the other.

you can't offer them an adult site, they already have one. more even.
an affiliate network with potential saleable product to offer or adult adnetwork offer may just work. a software or a method, probably a WSO offer will work.

An announcement maybe you want to trade hard links with them or something.

One buyer managed to have signups under his adnetwork ref link. give me your ref link and i register under yours and will post my ref link to the group so you can see how much referrals i can get. i'll post a print screen.

It is not really a good idea, how will I now have signups when you have already exposed them to your own ref link? This is not a welcoming idea.

same thing will happen still if someone post it first before you.

I'll be interested in this in a week or so, when I finish setting up my website. I have a product they may be interested in, but not quite yet. (This is really just my way of bookmarking the post)
