There have already been at least 5 big sell offs during Bitcoin's history at $1. $10, $30, $250, and $1100. I'm sure you could find other big sell offs if you looked. You could say that chart pattern repeated itself 5 times over, but it never works out exactly like that chart.

You could say that chart pattern repeated itself 5 times over, but it never works out exactly like that chart. In the past there has been a point of a dip in price and sky rockets. What I meant that this is not made by professionals in economics or finance unless you are ... what are your prooves for the charts you just shared with us ??? nothing just a line going UP and down without any reason. Title: Re: Bear Trap triggered Post by: Shiver on July 10, 2015, 12:07:52 PM If we are to use that chart as a way to explain it, I'd say that with the red line we're on the right hand side where it 'returns to mean' (the line in its entirety would only cover the most recent bubble), but also say that we're still in the 'awareness' stage, so I'd squish that whole red line to occupy only the left hand side of the chart to make the end of the line land in the awareness stage. Hope that makes sense.
