For skilled work, you can get much more, but it takes time to find an appropriate job, build trust etc, When someone states that they need a small sum in BTC within a very short time I'm pretty convinced that there's something fishy going on. Why would you get into a situation where you need 0.0008 BTC (that's around 2€) immediately? If it's some recreational stuff (do you actually get that for so little money?), you don't need it right now. Exchange cash for BTC and you can buy it in a few days.
