Escrow: Accepted, provided that the buyer pays the fee/tip, with the minimum fee/tip being paid being 1% of the total amount held in escrow

LOL. That is a mistake. The .1BTC lealana coins are funded with .1 BTC. I would fix it, however auction posts cannot be edited.
