Title: Re: Walmart 2 Walmart Post by: OmegaStarScream on July 10, 2015, 09:01:43 PM I don't know TBH because I never used them but I use Payoneer and it have a function called Card 2 Card , and I suppose it should be the same as Walmart 2 Walmart which means sending online from the card to the other card without cash (maybe using email or something that identify the card online)
