Has anyone used it? What are the fees like? Can a transfer be funded by debit card?

Thanks!

Do you know if you can transfer using a card or is it strictly cash?

I don't know TBH because I never used them but I use Payoneer and it have a function called Card 2 Card , and I suppose it should be the same as Walmart 2 Walmart which means sending online from the card to the other card without cash (maybe using email or something that identify the card online)
