Title: I'm looking for new Altcoins to get involved with.
Post by: riso2015 on July 11, 2015, 01:58:04 AM
So I'm looking for new alt coins to get involved with. Preferably coins that are worth basically nothing and are just starting out. If anyone has any suggestions I'd love it if you could post them here!  ;D

FailCoin might be a good choice. Although they are not new but they have been in the altcoin world for a long time. It worth around a few satoshi now. The manager of the coin is active and he keep pushing the coin. I'm might be something in the.. far future.

Maybe Hyper? It might cost lot now but I think it's worth investing. The developer is active and the community is ever growing.

How about Diamond Coin? There's a very limited supply of them so expect for the price to increase in the future. There can only be 4.38 million in existence. Plus, it is a Proof of Stake coin with 50% interest rate per year.

Take a look at http://bit.diamonds (http://bit.diamonds)

This is tough. You are looking to buy cheap - if we had the answer we would all be buying and it would no longer be cheap.
My advice - go to each exchange and spend a couple hours looking for low Sat coins with slowly rising volume. Then, select
a few to spread your risk and then, a little prayer may help. Best advice pick a long term coin with lots of support and
a developer that has been around. Buy what you can afford on dips. Things like HBN, CAP, TEK.

I've only been here a few months and have seen tons of coins die in days to weeks. A week seems like 3 years in the stock market.
Best to stay with logn term coins unless you have money to burn.

Thanks for the advice! Think I'm going to try to buy 1000 each or so of a bunch of super super cheap alt coins and just hope it goes the way of btc.  ;D

Things like HBN, CAP, TEK.

So the dude sells you 3 ultra-high stake coins... none of which are "new" or suitable for n00bs.

This is a highly specialized sector...
An inexperienced trader will usually (a) buy high or (b) stake poorly... and lose.

Because every ultra-high stake coin has a different staking algo...
And you will probably have to wade through pages of threads to divine correct information.

They all look medium expensive now.

So what would you suggest? Honestly I don't think spend about $100 btc on some coins that cost a couple satoshi is a terrible idea really. I mean if it doesn't go well i lose $100, but if things go great then I might be internet rich.

if it's worth nothing then it's probably not worth investing in it...next thing you know it'll get removed from all exchanges.
