This is third time i'm applying for a loan and none of them received or i arranged fund from another source. I made lot of deals here and i don't want to ruin the business just for 30 USD.

You should ask the loan based on the collateral value (your account value)! If you don't know it, you could search in this forum and get the answer! You just assume the value of it and ask large amount of loan, you will never get it successful!

OP want 0.1 loan for a 0.1 collateral. You gave him 0.07 is a  good offer. Too bad he reject it.

i am calling you a loan shark because of offering 4% daily interest.
you shouldn't offer a high interest lending so that you can have a better lending experience.
i have no choice but to be honest, no lender in real life is offering such a high interest.

If i add something else as collateral then, is that solve your problem ? I heard many of such comments from like you people in each time that i applied for a loan. Eventually i arranged the amount another way. Thanks again for your concern.

you are right but you know, this is internet and we are trading crypto currency called bitcoin here. I'm not asking for ID, income, I don't need so see anybody personally and entire transaction is irreversible. You should understand, that there is different risk between lending "in real life" and on this board..
