Title: Do any shops accept bitcoin in England's Surfer town: Newquay?
Post by: bitbay.com on July 12, 2015, 08:12:24 AM
Currently on a surf road-trip and staying for a few days in a place in England famous for its surfing town/community, Newquay.

Just reaching out to see if we have any bitcoiners in the area..?

Cool, checking your twitter i think you should be able to get a surf board for £200 pretty easy depending on its kind, i sold a half decent 2nd hand one recently for about £120.  Be interesting to see if anyone will take BTC.

Im not a million miles away from newquay actually but its still a long way. Looks a tad messy today on the cams though.

I'm finding it hard to find anyone that has even heard of bitcoin down here! Everyone is too busy surfing 🏄 to worry about cryptocurrency lol
