Sure I'll sell you 2 BTC if you agree to a delay of the BTC transfer until the USD transfers out of my Paypal Account.

Paypal is reversible and is a very risky method of selling BTC. I had $600 USD in almost 1 month old transactions reversed back to the Buyer and then held by paypal for 3 months before it was released back to the BUYER.

Alright, PM me your address.

I verified with the OP that he understood my terms, and I think he will be looking for other offers.

How can you stop someone from charging back their credit card?  AMEX will charge back anything with no questions asked.  And if your answer is seller protection from paypal there is a limit per year for seller protection and they don't like paying it out over and over again.  Eventually they will cut you off.

I use secondary markets. I don't deal directly with the buyer, buyer pays someone else who gives me a non-reversible digital item that I sell again back to someone trusted with no loss in value.

Wow, what a run on sentence.

Basically, chargebacks are not my problem. You can chargeback, you're ripping someone else off except me.
