I'm having problems with the FLO wallet syncing, at the moment... If you go to Florincoin.org there is a bootstrap that you can download that will speep up the syncing. I just spoke with a mod @ Poloniex and they said it isn't recommended. If you do choose to mine into Poloniex or Cryptsy I would strongly urge you to keep your books balances in order to make sure they didn't miss a deposit.
