"cloudminr.io sold his 79,267 Database username and password"

I thought they just celebrated their 100,000 user and come up with a promo for buying ghs and now only 79,267?
What happened to the other 20,733 users?

I guess that's a bluff that a lot of people fell in for. I don't also trust the OP due to his negative feedback on his profile and this thread comes with just speculations without a solid source of where he got the news.

Then why not just post the proof here instead? I know some guys who are registered in cloudminr and never got the same notice as you did.

I have an account with cloudminr but my email or username is not there
maybe they are just riding with the story of cloudminr so that someone will be interested with the list and buy them

Look you can hide your credentials and post the announcement you got here. It seems that you and the others that are included on that email are the ones who only got the announcement. Plus, the announcement is a manual email? Sounds fishy IMO.

The times you guys ask for proof are truly amazing.

Scammer: "i'm doing cloud mining, give me your money, I have no proof."

Idiot: "ok, take my money."

then 2 weeks later

random guy: "that guy who said he was doing cloud mining sold all your info,"

Idiot: "where's the proof??? post it in this thread because I didn't go to that site yesterday and see the first 1k account info posted in plaintext, the guy offering to sell it for 1btc, or the several posts yesterday all over the forum about the leak/possible sale."

Passwords have been leaked. See this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1119828

OP is not the only one, there are a lot of threads in service discussion regarding the database leak.

What a shit move by that site owners. How can we trust these kind of services anymore? I'm happy that I didn't register this site but I wish nobody gave out their personal info to those scammers.

You don't change your cloudminr.io password, you change your password on other sites where you have used the same password that you used on cloudminr.io.
