Requirements. Final file must be high res png T-shirt Design It will be an EDM/Festival based design so bright neon colors. Can be womens or mens design. Im not sure what you mean by online tool. Does it have like pre loaded images and you just change them around a bit? It can or cannot have text its all up to the designer. would a deadline of 2 days from now work for everyone? *Edit Just to throw this out there, if I like more than one design I will pay them both out.
