My most mature TH7 is level 66, 4 builders with over 2000 gems so you can either get 5th builder or gem up your next TH upgrade. All defense and offense is maxed out. only 27 more walls need to upgrade to level 7. I am asking 0.2 BTC for this account. If that is not in your price range then I also have less mature TH7 that i will sell at lower prices.

Maybe a little more if training is good. I don't think you will find a high level account at that low a price. 45+ takes weeks to achieve, and $25-30 isn't very much compensation for several weeks worth of playtime.
