An eBay merchant, recently took Reddit to convey his “sad” experience with the e-commerce company, stating that his product listings were removed because he accepted digital currency Bitcoin as one of the payment methods.

You know it's easy for companies to push people around, when they have grown into the fat cats.... They must just not forget who are the hand feeding them.

There are alternatives for every service rendered on the internet. OpenBazaar is still small, but once Bitcoin goes mainstream it would take a significant market share away from eBay, if they continue with this

type of bullying.

We have seen this lately with VISA / MasterCard vs BackPage and also Reddit vs VoAt... Companies are so focussed on making money, that they forget about the needs of the people that feed them.

These are the type of services, that would feel disruption the most, because they alienated Bitcoin customers.  >:(
