Nice convert, this site is useful for conversion: http://satoshi.24ex.com/ maybe you can try to site like that ;D because that site is just using 4 conversion units. Title: Re: BTC--> Micro Conversion Table Post by: Amph on July 16, 2015, 06:31:10 AM i find myself better with satoshi to be honest, i don't need to calculate anything when for example i'm thinking about 15mbtc, i don't need to shift zero or whatever
starting from the fact that 100m satoshi = 1 btc, the correct syntax of 1k satoshi, 10k or 100k is more easy to follow... just my opinion Title: Re: BTC--> Micro Conversion Table Post by: jeffthebaker on July 16, 2015, 06:39:03 AM i findmyself better with satoshi to be honest, i don't need to calculate anything when for example i'm thinking about 15mbtc(i don't need to shift zero or whatever starting from the fact that 100m satoshi = 1 btc, the correct syntax of 1k satoshi, 10k or 100k is more easy to follow... just my opinion I've personally never thought in terms of satoshi. I've been involved with Bitcoin for about two years now, but to be honest, I couldn't even give you the satoshi equivalent of anything besides 1 BTC off the top of my head. I feel like it's just too small a number to be useful. 100million is a large enough unit, but what happens if you are dealing with amounts of 10 BTC+? 100 BTC?
