I made a deposit yesterday but was not credited to my account BTC Hours.
I sent an email to the support with Depositi information, but not yet answered.
Please what should I do?

It sounds like you are talking about some service here since "bitcoin" doesn't have "support".  What service are you talking about?

If you tell us the name of the service, you can get some help directing you to the correct forum.

It sounds like OP is using an exchange to buy BTC. I could be wrong but I'm thinking that is what he means.

What exchange did you buy from? And when did you do it?

Use Kraken, Coinbase, Circle or Bitstamp to buy coins. these are the safest ways.

First, what an exchanger which you used?
Second, can you show the txid?
How long your transactions is not credited?

If that is indeed a site, sounds scammy - never heard of it.  I had thought they were talking about doing it hours ago.

well it looks like you deposited into a ponzi, one that already ran off with the money at that. quite an unfortunate way to start off with bitcoin, but just remember, there are various scams involving bitcoin, and its better to avoid it if it sounds too good to be true.

Bitcoin net is stucked in last few days sometimes, so there can be problems, but if your exchange is not a group swindlers, they will probably send bitcoins again.

Always check/search on google before sending money to anyone

yes thats right, but fortunately other members here do understand what he is talking about..he deposite his bitcoin into the scam site, and i think his money will never back to his pocket.
