I've never used an escrow service so it's going to take me a while for me to get the hang of it. However, I have one question. If I were to use an escrow service, which one would you recommend me? Just make sure they have some previous reputation before doing so.

They have their own ways of doing their escrow service. Common procedure is they'll generate an unique address to deposit the funds and proceed with the transaction. I would use them again, but I never heard anything bad about the main ones on that list.
