2% fee on $16.38, the seller will need to pay $0.33 on your 10% you are asking for of the current btc price=$276/BTC1 which the buyer will have to pay about $16.71 in total after perfect money takes their fees. Change your original post to include this. Most sellers do include this in their quotes in this subsection. I will bear 0.5% fee which Perfect Money charges for verified accounts. Unfortunately, bearing 2% fee won't be feasible. The minimum amount I need for 0.054 BTC via PM as of now is $16.2.
