I guess they will go after the marble traders in schools next... or the people who sell goods at the Flee markets. They seize goods with a sealed warrant .... and arrest him for no good reason... sending 22 cars to his house. I wonder what his neighbors was thinking? Drug lord? Serial Killer? In my country not even 3 cars rock up when someone was murdered... I guess they have a very low crime rate in Colorado for that many cops swarming down on a house for someone who was suspected of operating an unlicensed money transmitting business. For me, it is almost 10 years of savings. In my country, if some person is wrongly charged with a crime, then the accuser should refund his legal fees and all other expenses. Can anyone confirm whether that is the case here? Also, Burt should file a court case against the Colorado cops for harassment. If "the accuser" gets the district attorney to press charges, then you pay for your own defense. We cannot even sue the (Federal) Gov't in most cases, since they are immune under current law. Sometimes, you can sue villages/cities/towns over police abuse and get a big payday.
