Title: [ANN] BitPay resumes full service - download new plugins
Post by: BitPay Business Solutions on September 25, 2012, 12:58:16 PM
BitPay.com has resumed our full service after being hit with a determined DDOS attacker.

At no point were any of our servers, databases, or wallets compromised.

Since we added multiple layers of defense, this caused our API calls and all of the shopping cart plugin connections to break.  These have now all been updated and fixed.  IPNs are fully restored as well.

The PHP library, WHMCS, Opencart, Zen Cart, and Magento plugins are all updated on the site.

If you are using one of these plugins, grab the new version.  You will need to setup an API key in your account by logging into https://bitpay.com

Also, if any of your code references bit-pay.com, now would be a good time to update all code to bitpay.com

Any news on the OpenCart plugin? As soon as it's up I'll forward the thread for my stopgap measure back to you guys.

EDIT: Looks like it's up.
