we need to know how much your power costs to answer the question fully.

I would say 2 s-3's and this psu

http://www.gigampz.com/store/p21/Gigampz_80Plus_Platinum_Efficiency%2C_1200_Watt_Kit.html

will cost about 1 btc.  but since I do not know what your power cost I don't know what it will earn.

If power cost is zero? I want to run it in my office

S3 are nice and quiet, but you might not be able to get away with a server PSU. They tend to be louder than comparably-powered ATX supplies, though they also tend to be cheaper (secondhand) and more efficient.

with power cost at zero leaves only questions about noise and heat, if that doest matter either you can pick up a handful of S1s cheap

also as far as power supply i really like the dell 750w from gekko science you can get the whole kit for $50

Provided noise isn't much of a concern. If you're running past about 450W you need to start cranking the fan up and it can get pretty loud at the top-end.

Is its better than S5 likes these? Because I have a 200$ Budget to Spend on Minor, I need a Minor which is able to Mine more than .3 BTC a month, If we remove the factor of Electricity cost.

Secondly how much noise they create? Is its too loud? can we make a Box and fix it in it to lower the noise?

If your going for used do not got for S1 look into S3's.  Yes S3's can be more quiet then S5's.

S5 is best efficiency as far as bitmain products.

to get 0.3BTC a month you would roughly need 1000GH/s at current difficulty

that being said and efficiency not being a factor your quest to find miners for $200:

6 antminer S1 = 1080GH/s ~ 0.319BTC/month you would have to find them for ~$34/each
3 antminer S3 = 1323GH/s ~ 0.390BTC/month you would have to find them for ~$67/each
1 antminer S2 = 1000GH/s ~ 0.295BTC/month you would have to find it for $200

Now that is without psu's

as far as noise the S3 is the quietest of the 3 and produces the least amount of heat but finding them for that price will be hard to do

I searched the price of these miner, its too large.
S1 miner for 150$ app
S3 miner is for 800$
S5 for 13 btc

Do you have @cheapest price that you posted?

what I was saying was he would have to find them at that price to earn the BTC he wanted and only spend $200

the only one that comes close would be the S1 you can find them on craigslist for around $30

They are all way to high I have no idea where you found those prices.  Look on ebay.

S1 honestly is just to old.  Look at S3 as far as price, but consider your electricity price.

S5 buy direct from bitmain for much cheaper then 13 btc.

i would look only at s3 or s5 for the time being or wait for the s6, the said it will coem this month...

their price should fluctuate under 100 for s3 and 350 max for s5, don't buy them from the original seller, i suggest to look at the market place and buy from a trusted member

you can pay much less and having the same quality product

Haven't seen a S5 under $420ish WITH shipping for almost a month now, since BitMain started jacking up the price on new ones in responce to the BTC price runup

For that matter, they're getting thin PERIOD on eBay, and haven't seen ANY on Amazon since I bought out all the cheap ones early this month (except some new ones at even more than BitMain prices).

like i said you should look more in the market place, there are good deals some times, i saw one guy selling at 300 1-2 months ago, so if you keep looking you will eventually find someone

With the constant raises Bitmain did it raised the price of old gear.  It may seem weird that older gear went up in value.... but bitmain caused this on S5's.

You won't get one for 420ish with shipping.   Only way is if you find a local one and don't need shipping since local pickup.

Yeah local or he could get lucky on ebay, most of the ebay prices are severly inflated occationally you can find good deals.  last week I picked up an S5 for 300 shipped (seller accepted my best offer)

So it is definitely possible.

OP - If you are still looking, others have mentioned the S3 is your best gh/$... however.. they will be noticeable if you sit them on your desk, you'll need to underclock them and keep them under your desk.  unless noise is of no concern

If it is in a office area you will be working in yes you would want a more quiet machine then the S5.   Avalon 4.1 is kinda the ultimate, but comes at higher price.

Next chances are is S3 and under clock it where fan does not  need to spin as fast.

To achieve .3 BTC a month (.01 BTC a day) you need appx. 1 TH of mining.

I'm pretty sure you are NOT going to achieve that on a budget of $200 - even with zero power cost.

Power supply ALONE for 1TH of mining with the MOST efficient miners out there right now (S5 or Spondoolies SP20) is going to set you back almost $100 - MORE for the older miners as they were LESS efficient per hash than the S5 or SP20 are.

You're aiming for a target that doesn't exist at this time, I'd recommend either doubling your budget or setting your BTC/month(day) target to something reasonable for your budget.

And just as a small reminder in case it isn't obvious, the difficulty ratcheted up another 2.35%. So whatever you were calculating for income, just dropped a little bit. As was mentioned, you are seeking a device that doesn't exist at the price point you mentioned. That's because anybody that has such a device can almost certainly make more money by using it, rather than selling it for $200.
