Just seen this post! Bitter.io is not a scam, we've sent more than 40,000 payments so far. Actually, the payment you earn on ad you visit is only low when you're a basic user (level 1), and could be a way more higher when you reach the level 3. For that, no need to pay, you just need to visit ads frequently, I mean few days a week it's enough, then you'll get a higher level. Lemme know if you have any questions. Cheers!
