If you asking this question then probably better if you pay a professional, but take a look at some simple guides and decide it yourself if you want to give a try:

...here's an old but good one:

http://devtome.com/doku.php?id=scrypt_altcoin_cloning_guide (http://devtome.com/doku.php?id=scrypt_altcoin_cloning_guide)

...and some other stuff:

Are you sure you really want to unleash some other shitcoins?

Try .01BTC for compiling. You will need levelbd which you will find somewhere in this guide https://brocksmash.com/guide/how-clone-litecoin-scrypt-coins-windows-32-bit-litecoind-and-litecoin-cloning-guide. Newer coins use qt 5 also.

Developing a coin and building wallets are different things.

The usual fee for compiling win/mac wallets is around .1 at most and if someone is asking more,
he's ripping you off.

no one offered me , I just saw a topic on the services section and people was actually paying that amount to do that . It's weird how expensive is it , pretty sure you can found someone who can do it for free on programming forums .
