it's more creative then beautiful , for the current english block explorers BlockTrail.com is definitly the best (what comes to API , or design or anything else) , blockchain.info is having a lot of issues lately

i much prefer the original, perhaps the language is an issue, still good work :)

i don't know why but i still prefer blockchain.info as an online block explorer and fortunately it didn't have any more down-times after the spam attack on the network was ended.

It looks nice, and has some good information at hand but it is rather inefficient. For some reason blockchain.info is the one that is best suitable for me.
Whenever I feel like doing research or even just some checking, I use it.
It's so cool, but like he said blocktrail is the best!
It is good, but certainly not the best. However, the question would be who decides which one is best?
I dont get it, it looks like a webgame
I don't understand how you don't get it, it is really simple. Change it into English and you should be able to understand it.

There are weird sounds coming from it though.

Too over the top design. I prefer things to be simple, sharp, effective and clean on it's design. Blockchain.info meets all of this criteria. It's still my default go-to explorer.

I'll second this, I prefer blockchain.info because a) it is not bloated and b) it is easiest to read, maybe it's because people are use to it by now but it loads fast and does the job. If blockchain info is not available then I use either chain.so or btc.blockr.io or biteasy and it's because when I want to check the balance of an address I want to get it asap and I don't care about fancy graphics.

Super neat, I really like the design and how it kind've makes blocks feel more tangible (odd I know). I think they should put out an english version soon but until then a translated page works decent.
People these days surprise me. Finding the English version was quite easy.

I remember a block explorer where you would see bubbles that constituted different transactions and the bigger the transaction the bigger the bubble. Every bubble made a different musical note all in harmony with each other so it made a never ending sort of music box melody. It was amazing but i lost the URL sadly.

Congratulations, this is actually pretty solid development, or so it seems. The block explorer is pretty stable and beautifully made...

It's "cool" and the real time data is nice, but the animation feel just like frill, bell and whistles and i don't find it very useful.

It must have been a fun project to make.

Those cute animations, Pretty good animations and really lovely to see, though I don't think that the design matters if the actual use of the block explorer isn't met. I still prefer blocktrail over other block explorers out there because of its functionalities and its API. Blockchain.info is also a good candidate though they are having some problems every now and then.

But if design and creativity is the criteria, I'd say that block explorer is pretty neat. 10/10 on the animations.  :)

I agree the OP's one is very creative, although probably confusing for anyone who doesn't understand the blockchain/bitcoin.

The volume control isn't working. Can't turn it down, which means it sounds like I'm living in a music box. Nice to see new development though.

Edit: My bad, the tinkling music box noise wasn't from the OP's example, it was the other one (link above) I went to find that was still open in another browser.

Oh wow. I didn't see that before. That looks way cool. Be great if it could visualize all text within the blockchain like that.

I must say that does look pretty cool. At first I didn't realise that you could scroll up and down to see different views.

Kudos to the creator, and it does look like a Japanese creation - very colourful.

I tend not to use Block Explorers, mostly because I tend not to send BTC anywhere - just deal on an exchange.

it look confusing at first but, you can get used to it very fast, it's actually simple if you look at it closely, i like how there is a timer for the block, this is a nice additional touch

also it display more the history of bitcoin with the timestamp of each block, really good, btw is this done by chinese?

It's very beautiful. It does look a bit like a game though. I am used to and prefer blockchain.info though.

Anyways, things like this are great, this level of development is what we need in order to get Bitcoin to the masses.

http://chainflyer.bitflyer.jp

It's really nice and abstract, this is how modern deisgn websites should look like. Why is it not in english? For me the best is Blocktrail when it comes to deisgn and functions. Blockchain.info is also good, I use it when I decide to spend something from my "hot wallet" ( I use mainly Bitcoin Core ).

It's funny, but it looks more like a fancy game than a block explorer.

On the other hand, imho the new block explorer Smartnit (https://www.smartbit.com.au/) that was launched earlier this month (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1127817.0) really looks terrific!

Is there any option to turn of the falling transactions? Sounds are beautiful, like the design of chainflyer, but they falling things are annoying and they are so fast that I can't even catch them if I want. Think about translating it to english, it will probably be the best block chain explorer ever, you can get it with a few adverts on top some bitcoin websites. Just my view.

It is nice though has some graphic bugs, so black areas around some graphics. And the language might be a problem.

And sound always should be disabled by default. Users can enable it. But having sound can be a bad experience when browsing at work or so.

I wouldn't say anything now, because you just dug your own grave. Website, when you are advertising it on the Enligsh BTC forum,
should be in English from the beginning of my visit, or at least make something like a country detection and change the language based on this, many modern websites are doing this nowadays.

it looks ok. as far as real usage goes, it doesn't come even close to blockchain.info and blockr.io. try working on fixing bugs and making the entire site graphics look more complete.

You might be right but i doubt that many will search for that. I took a quick look for the normally awaited buttons to change the language but they weren't there. No flags, no language names, no language shortcut dropbownbox.

It's best to design a website the way people would await it. It makes it easier to navigate.

At first it does indeed look and sound amazing, but eventually it gets too graphical and the sounds become just too anoying.
I like the way it tries to make the blockchain info more friendly, but there's still much work to be done there before i would call it the "Most beautiful block explorer ever"

cheers

I remember a block explorer where you would see bubbles that constituted different transactions and the bigger the transaction the bigger the bubble. Every bubble made a different musical note all in harmony with each other so it made a never ending sort of music box melody. It was amazing but i lost the URL sadly.
Here the bubble visualizer you mean: http://www.bitlisten.com/ (http://www.bitlisten.com/)
Wasn't BitListen turned into a private key stealing, trojan horse giving malicious website? I'm sure I saw somewhere that it was sold and turned into that, doing those actions when you allow a java applet (or whatever it is) to run?

I think the option is hidden so that everyone assumes there is no other language. Hiding it behind a settings icon while normally everyone would avaid flags to click, flags in a dropdownbox, Languageshortcuts or something like that.

Is there any other layout that is as good as blockchain.info's one?

That's a really cool explorer! I like how it labels multisig addresses with keyholes.
Any other musicians in here??
They have the tones set to play within a scale, but it's random so it's driving me crazy waiting for it to resolve back to I when it plays  I, III, V, I   and then doesn't resolve  >:(
