You see that QQ number on the book you want to buy. That is a China IM app call QQ, you can download that from Google Play or Apps Store. Try contacting the seller directly and pay with PayPal.

If you had someone buy the book for you , then he bought the book or he didn't buy it. If he sends you the book then good, else you should ask for a refund.
