Yep. Trying to stake all you trans in one block is noob. Mine more blocks than trans it takes to confirm to create stake able transactions and a working blockchain. Your one premine scam block ate itself and shat on you. You can try to put a reservebalance=x ( where x= the number of coins to keep in reserve) line into your conf file if you want to exclude some coins from staking.
