Title: Two bitcoin related projects I've started in the past ....
Post by: tiphound on July 23, 2015, 04:28:49 AM
If anyone wants to help me, or take them over , or whatever you want they are the following:

1.) TipHound.me - which is part of https://www.reddit.com/r/TipHound/ - enables people to tip with changetip and get a file/link/ whatever piece of media sent to their reddit inbox instantly.
Think of it as a clean and easy way for say a music band to have people receive their mp3 for a small tip. There are few other things you can do with it. Works across all of reddit.

2.)  BitWhispers.com - Sort of question and answer type blog for people to ask the people who influence the Bitcoin world questions. If you are writer this might be good for you.

Just hit me up on this or email: cryptoassets@gmail.com  Thanks!

Practically I am interested in your number 1 project, I could take it over if I understand why you abandon it and the cost implications.

Hi there.  I'm more thinking how to revive it as it costs basically nothing at the moment. I just need to figure out how to find some people who could use such a system. Maybe, we can brainstorm for sure.

Thanks!

The most successfull projects out there, are the ones who address a unique need that nobody else can provide.
It looks like your project act as a intermediary between parties with different needs. The problem is, your service can be replaced by existing services out there. <ChangeTip and direct tipping>

You need to highlight why your service, would be a better option than the other options out there. Some people need to be spoon fed to spot the difference. The people who survive the longest, is the people who adapt to the needs of their users or their customers.

Good luck with your project.

Hi Kakmakr,

I hear what you are saying. We use changetip as the bot . Right, now the way the service works its a small pay-wall until you tip something and it unlocks the content directly to your reddit inbox. Basically, its the first content management system / with the ability to pay for content on reddit.  Not sure if that makes much more sense lol
