It's not necessarily easy to setup, but you get free (i.e. network data costs only) ZRTP calls, and it can be made to work on Android supposedly. One day SIP Witch or something like it will be standard. We have to spread it ourselves before then, no-one seems to want to me to have a good deal and my privacy, except me.
