I have a 7 year old adsense account. Have received over 20k from them to my bank account. I have since sold my account and it has been lying dormant for a year and a half. I would like to engage in a partnership with someone who has a high traffic site. i will send you the BTC equivalent at the end of each month -25%. As long as you have adsense account either old or new then your ads will be live almost immediately. But their is a difference is if you account got any of their policy violation and old account means you will get a first warning and if your repeat then they will ban your account. In case it is new account some time they own't warn you instead they may straight way ban your account. You just need a good looking and well designed Blog and 1 article submission everyday. After some 1 to 2 weeks , you can apply for adsense and get it approved.
The most important thing is that Google must like your blog . Then you will have no problem using adsense.
