REAL SHARE is a secure and stable real estate crowd investing program designed for crypto as it is today.

What does REAL SHARE do?

REAL SHARE invests in real estate projects, particularly income generating properties in the Greater Toronto Area.

REAL SHARE Overview

The REAL SHARE program has been built utilizing a NXT Monetary token we have called "SIKA" and a number of NXT Assets that represent the actual shares in real property projects located within the Greater Toronto Area.

About SIKA

SIKA is REAL MONEY and it is the only way you can actually invest in and generate return in REAL SHARE projects. 1 SIKA is valued at $1 CAD and will always be, at minimum. A total of fifty thousand (50,000) SIKA have been created and are now available for sale on the NXT Exchange for the price of $1 CAD | BTC0.002643 | 59 NXT. SIKA is tradeable against NXT and in future BTC. SIKA can increase in value simply by demand. After the initial sale of 50,000 SIKA no additional SIKA will ever be made. SIKA represents REAL buying power in REAL SHARE.

About REAL SHARE Assets

Each REAL SHARE project will have its own non-tradeable asset. Holding these assets represents the holders stake in the project and allows them to receive earnings based off the specs of the project. These projects are available exclusively to SIKA holders.

The most important specifications of the projects themselves will be the length of the project and the projected return. The lengths of the projects could vary from months to years and the returns are expected to be in the range of 8% to 15% over the term. Earnings on these projects will be distributed every 3 months after start.

SIKA used to purchase these assets are held until the end of the investment period or until its original owner places a formal request for a buyback of REAL SHARE assets they hold. A buyback is where the investor will receive SIKA back in exchange for the assets which they will then be able to sell on the open market or directly back to the REAL SHARE program for BTC if liquidity on the market is not favorable.

REAL SHARE Projects

The main area of focus for these projects will be the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding communities due to our base being situated in the GTA and vast knowledge of the area. We would not rule out properties outside of the local market or Canada that my present a good opportunity.

Here are some facts about the GTA real estate market:
-   The Real Estate market in the GTA has been steadily growing for 15 years
-   Annual population growth of 100,000 representing 40,000 new households per year
-   Vacancy rates of 1% to 3% so high demand for rentals
-   Lowest mortgage rates in history
-   Excellent market opportunities for rental properties
-   Employment is strong and growing

I don't know how you can prove that you'll purchase or have ownership in these properties. As everything can be faked. Just look at American greed, unfortunately..
